Printers are needed to print important documents or letters in all company. Natural inks and cartridges are used in printing will not only reduce power usage but also cut down companies cost. Its value will add if it uses recycled paper. It is common for people to use old printing methods which have created adverse affect to the environment. The process used lead, cadmium and mercury which can pollute the environment. The printing produces volatile organic compounds which can create dangerous affect on the environment. Trees are cut and toxic chemicals are used in making paper. They are very harmful to the environment. One solution to decrease the bad effect is using recycled paper for printing purpose.

In terms of using recycled paper, it will create less strain on forest resources. Major benefits of using recycled paper over virgin paper are it creates less air and water pollution, less water  and energy consumption and less solid waste.
